Repair Service

If your John Hardy piece should require repair, please click the ‘SEND FOR REPAIR’ button below and complete the information fields to allow for processing.

Once we have received your piece, it will be promptly dispatched to Bali where skilled craftsmen will repair it to like-new condition.

Rings can only be sized up or down by one size, provided they have a sizing bar. Bracelets and necklaces can only be sized down.

If you have a single earring or stone piece that requires a match made, please send it in and our repair department will create the closest match possible.

If your piece has been discontinued from the John Hardy line, we may suggest a replacement piece of similar value from our current line.



Please refer to our warranty to determine what repairs are covered.

Jewelry items purchased from www.jewelrygalboutique.com are eligible for repair.

Note: Repairs may take up to six to ten weeks from the date it is received in the John Hardy New York office.

SHIPPING / HANDLING FEE FOR REPAIR WITHOUT WORK

Should you decide not to proceed with a repair once we have received your piece, there will be a shipping and handling fee of $20 for returning your repair.
