Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Serving:4 people



6 pcs (3 chicken) Cheken Breast Fillet - cut in squares (0.75”)
6 pcs garlic - grind until it becomes a paste or use garlic powder
4 pcs chili (Remove the seeds, then grind until it becomes a paste)
4 tbsp. coconut/corn oil
5 tbsp. lemon juice
Bamboo Skewers


250 gr peanuts
10 heads of garlic
2 whole chili peppers
100 gr fried sliced shallots
1 pc Khafir Lime



Marinate the sliced chicken breast with salt, white pepper,
garlic paste/garlic powder, lemon juice and red chili.
Add coconut/corn oil when mixing. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Arrange the marinated chicken onto bamboo skewers.
