Dedicated to sustainable living, produce from the workshop and surrounding farms is used to provide lunch to the staff of more than 650 people every day. Pak Ngurah, a five-star chef, oversees the bustle of the kitchen as the team prepares the meal of traditional Indonesian specialties over a wood fire in the authentic open-air kitchen. Supporting de-globalization, we removed the existing industrial stainless steel kitchen and replaced it with a traditional Balinese kitchen. Out of respect for the different cultures of the employees, there is a second Halal kitchen.
