Please allow 2 – 5 business days to process and ship your order, pending inventory availability. Delivery estimate is 3 – 8 business days from the ship date, depending on country of delivery. John Hardy does not ship on the weekends or US holidays. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unworn items. Made-to-order styles and sizes, styles marked Final Sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits and shipping fees are not eligible for return or refund.
Please note, return delivery costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, visit International Help Portal, using the order number and email address associated with the order.
- Select the items to be returned, indicating the quantity and the return reason.
- Next, print the return label. Include the Return Note within the package, along with your unworn merchandise in the original packaging.
- Print and affix the return label to your shipping package and work directly with your courier of choice, noting the tracking number for your reference.
Once the return has been received and processed by John Hardy (approximately 7 - 10 business days), a credit adjustment will be made by GlobalE to the original form of payment.
