To place an international order online, click the flag icon in the upper left corner of johnhardy.com and select the country of delivery from the list. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Please allow 2 – 5 business days to process and ship your order, pending inventory availability. Delivery estimate is 3 – 8 business days of the ship date, depending on country of delivery. John Hardy does not ship on the weekends or US holidays.
All duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund request may be submitted within 30 days of delivery for unworn merchandise. Made-to-order styles/sizes, styles marked as Final Sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, and shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the cost of return delivery.
To request a return, visit John Hardy’s international sales facilitation partner - GlobalE’s return portal: https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/mZG4, with the order number and email address associated with the order.
Select the items to be returned, indicating the quantity and the return reason. Next, print the return label. Include the Return Note within the package, along with your unworn merchandise in the original packaging. Print and affix the return label to your shipping package and work directly with your courier of choice, noting the tracking number for your reference.
Once the returned item(s) has been received and processed by John Hardy, approximately 2 - 5 business days, a credit adjustment will be made by GlobalE, to the original form of payment.
