Return requests for purchases made between November 1st and December 31st 2021 may be submitted for eligible, unworn merchandise through January 31st 2022. Made-to-order styles/sizes, styles marked as Final Sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits and shipping fees are not eligible.
Biannual sale products are priced as marked and are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or substituted. No adjustments on previously made purchases.
All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment on your order; exchanges are unable to be processed at this time. For applicable returns, a merchandise credit will be issued.
To request a return, complete the following steps:
1. Enter a return reason code next to the style(s) you are returning on the packing slip included in your original shipment.
2. Include the packing slip with the completed return portion, along with your unworn merchandise and place securely in the original packaging.
3. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and bring it to your local FedEx ship center. Note the return tracking number for your reference.
Allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be received and processed—an email notification will be sent once complete. Allow an additional to 1-3 business days depending on your bank for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
